Das Pfarramt (in Radomno 76) ist täglich nach der Messe geöffnet, Tel. 56 472 16 27
Die Kirche wurde 1896-1897 beim Gutshof gebaut. Der Ziegelbau ist neogotisch. Sie dient als eine evangelische Kirche bis 1945, jetzt ist aber katholisch (Filialkirche).
